Ashley LaGrow

Field Instructor — WFR

NCOAE field instructor Ashley LaGrow has compressed a lot of experience in her short life, including serving as a budget analysis and deployment manager for the United States Air Force, an associate district management for ADP, and a senior corporate accountant for a professional portrait studio company. She has also served as a lead kayak guide for Waterriders, a small business consultant, and a business recruiter.

A 2018 graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), Ashley was born in Knob Noster, Missouri. She is a graduate of South University in Savannah, Georgia, where she received both a Bachelor of Science degree and a master’s degree in business administration.

Among her outdoor industry-related designations are membership in the American Canoe Association, a Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification, and a Master Educator designation through the Leave No Trace (LNT) Center for Outdoor Ethics.
