Education Without Walls (EWW) is a year-round adventure education program for highly motivated and ambitious teenagers who have financial need.  The wilderness, as a classroom, offers an exceptional learning environment, where instructors foster curiosity, students apply critical thinking, and amazing memories are made. Instructors teach our recognized NCOAE Core Curriculum to develop environmental sciences, leadership, critical thinking and technical skills. Students participate in five expeditions each school semester. Monthly expeditions are 2-4 days in length, with an option to participate in a sixth course (a 16 day summer expedition!). Expeditions include: camping, rock climbing, surfing, mountaineering, backpacking, and sea kayaking. Students make close friends and learn incredible skills, all while having a blast participating in a variety of outdoor activities.
